The 13” “Blue Lightning” Pad features a 13” extreme workout playing surface similar to a floor tom feel to really bust your chops. A 360° replicated rim is applied around the perimeter of the playing surface to simulate an actual rim. The pad base is constructed from Baltic Birch providing excellent durability, true solid feel, and pitch. A 13” Non-Slip disc is applied to the bottom for practicing on flat surfaces, your lap, or on top of a 13” drum. Snare Basket Receivers assure total stability and provides angle options. Fits inside a 14” hoop on a snare drum.
