Evans' new MS polyester snare side provides a wide dynamic range of possibilites. A 2mil polyester flap helps reinforce the material and controls overtones. The result is a rich focused snare response coupled with greater longevity and tunability. MS3 utilizes a unique half collar design which allows immediate use after seating and tuning the head to the desired pitch. Unlike competitors' heads, MS3 insures that the synthetic guy or wire snares will instantly clear the counter hoop at the snare bed. No more seating overnight. On the football field, use MS3 for and open, uninhibited projection. For indoor playing, insert a Staccato Disk underneath the interal overtone control ring to maximize articulation.
