The 5002ADH features an aerodynamic heel-less design that allows players to be less encumbered and play in a more comfortable position. As with all 5000 pedals, tension and throw are fully adjustable. 

The 5002ADH features an accelerator-drive cam sysltem, a delta bearing system, a double chain and a plate.  Featuring a host of refinements and upgrades to its original, performance-proven design, the legendary DW 5000 Series bass drum pedals have remained The Drummer's Choice and the standard of the industry for over a quarter of a Century. The workhorse 5000 Delta 3 Series now features a choice of Accelerator (offset) or Turbo (center) Double Chain & Sprocket and classic Nylon Strap drive systems along with aluminum hex shafts, linkages, dual/side adjusting hoop clamp, 101 two-way beaters, built-in spurs plus all the versatility, adjustability and reliability that allows players to customize the feel and performance to fit the way they play. 

The 5002ADH includes a Free Custom-designed, injection-molded case with special compartments for pedals, beaters and accessories.
